Ramesh Chennithala (born 25 May 1956, in Chennithala, Mavelikkara). He is the son of late Ramakrishnan Nair. He was elected a Member of Parliament four times and was also a Kerala State Cabinet Minister at the age of 27 under mentor ship of late K. Karunakaran. He is a Working Committee member of Congress Party and is the President of the Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC).[2]
